Founder

Nasir Ilyas is a National Physical Laboratory (NPL) certified instructor with over a decade of experience delivering training and consultancy in Geometrical Tolerancing to BS8888, ISO GPS and ASME Y14.5. He has worked extensively across multiple industry sectors and trained hundreds of engineers across several blue chip organisations.

Our courses focus on bridging textbook theory with practical application ensuring engineers, designers, and inspectors can apply tolerancing effectively in their daily work.

In addition to his training role, Nasir contributes to standards development nationally and internationally. He is a member of BSI and ISO/TC 213, supporting the development of BS8888 and ISO GPS standards.

Our Vision & Mission

"Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice"

Simplify Standards — make ISO GPS, BS 8888, and ASME Y14.5 clear and accessible by breaking down complex terminology and rules into practical, easy-to-understand concepts. We cut through the confusion that often arises because these topics are not taught well at university or college, ensuring engineers build a solid foundation.

Bridge Theory and Practice — link classroom learning to the realities of design, manufacturing, and inspection. Our training goes beyond textbook theory to show how tolerancing decisions impact real parts, processes, and quality outcomes across multiple sectors.

Enable Engineering Excellence — empower engineers, inspectors, and organisations with practical skills to apply geometrical tolerancing effectively. The result is clearer design intent, improved communication across teams, fewer errors, and more efficient, cost-effective production.
